Pinhead comes with two interchangeable head sculpts featuring the iconic nails embedded in his flesh, and wears his instruments of torture dangling over the soft vinyl skirt, and comes complete with both an open and closed version of the Lament Configuration box, all showcased in a display-friendly window box.
