There are four membership tiers:

Keypers (Free) – Automatically available upon account creation

Keypers+ – Paid annual membership (AED 149)

Keypers++ – Unlocked after earning 5,000 Keypers points

How do I join the Keypers program?

Keypers (Free): Automatically activated when you create an account

Keypers+: Subscribe by paying the annual fee

Keypers++: Automatically unlocked when you reach 5,000 points

Keypers Elite: Invitation-only

How do I earn Keypers points?

Points are earned on eligible purchases:

Points are calculated per AED spent

Taxes, shipping fees, and discounted items are excluded

Earning rates vary by membership tier

How does cashback work?

Cashback is credited monthly or yearly, depending on your tier

Keypers+ members receive guaranteed AED 25 monthly cashback

Higher tiers earn up to 2% cashback on purchases

Can I transfer my points or cashback to someone else?

No.
Points and cashback are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

How can I redeem my points in-store?
